The Lionel LionChief App offers users the convenience of controlling Lionel LionChief and LionChief Plus locomotives directly from their iOS device. With a user-friendly interface, the app allows for seamless selection of multiple locomotives through visually-matched icons that correspond to each unique engine. Once a locomotive is chosen, the app not only replicates all the functionality of the Lionel LionChief hardware remote control, but also provides additional features such as individual volume controls, customizable pitch for the bell and whistle, remote smoke activation/deactivation, speed limit adjustments, momentum control, and more. Furthermore, the app allows for the management of accessories including an announcement coach and powered or un-powered B-units.
